نبذة شخصية:	Sometime some of the agents only work for the buyers and some will work for the sellers only. You should not think of fear when you start investing in real estate. Most of the attorneys take the responsibility of such condition. Real estate investing has created more wealth than any other investment in American history. To be a real estate investor, you need to master the skills of the entrepreneur. Most of our lives we are taught that the essence of successful entrepreneurship is self-reliance. Self-reliance is nice but you will not live long enough to accumulate all of the skills that you need to make real money in real estate. Why on earth would you even try? Forget real estate as an investment. You are paying too much for real estate that is not worth the mortgage and will not recover in the medium- to long-term future, so why own it? No good reason. The real estate is no longer worth the debt. Forget about equity, that's gone, unlikely to return soon enough and in a large enough amount to warrant the investment now. It's a bad deal that will put you out of business if not controlled and worked out, and the debt forgiven. In addition to personal coaching what sort of tools will they provide to help you? Are these tools constantly updated or are they items that were relevant in the past. A real estate Coaching and training company should always be abreast to what's currently going on and keeping you on top of your game. If you don't have real estate a property agent you will be dealing with all of these things on your own which would take a lot of time. In fact, finding a property for sale alone would take days of searching. Once you found a property for sale, the next thing that you need to do is to determine whether the location of the property is good or not. Aside from this, you also need to contact the owner of the property, and ask him about the problems that it has. Commit to training and reviewing your business regularly. Continually educate yourself on using systems, lead generation methods, lead conversion, transaction management, and following a business budget. Well, since these properties are really owned by the banks themselves, you would think that all the banks would simply try to sell them as soon as you inquire about properties for sale. In fact, banks usually have a separate department to handle categories such as real estate owned and Rental Property. However, going via this route often proves to be time consuming. Lists upon lists are provided upon your request. What's more different banks will have different lists. Searching through these lists and short listing the properties that catch your eye would be both exhausting and confusing. But you'd be surprised at how many real estate investors I've watched get caught up in the emotion of the wealth building real estate chase and end up paying more than they'd planned on, or underestimating the amount of rehab needed to get the thing rented fast. Let's be honest, anyone can get a real estate license these days. Is it the right time in the real estate cycle to invest? Or somebody may have thought of it already and you can make it your own money making idea.
